Ever see what happens when a hydraulic hose implodes?

We had an oil cooler come into our shop that the customer said was not getting any flow.  We tried flushing it and water would not come out the other end.  After cutting open the tank, we found the remnants of where a hydraulic hose had imploded.  The cooler was full of the rubber and fiber material of the hose.  Cleaned it out, back flushed it, welded it back up, good as new!!
